·   Draft correspondences and other formal documents

·   Create, modify and maintain accurate and up-to-date master files on each Studio (new and existing) and help execute and distribute changes within the organization in a timely manner (e.g. name/address change, corporate ownership changes, hours of operation, PP code changes, etc.)

·   Answer inbound telephone calls

·   Field calls on potential Studio closures and encourages Studio Owners to enter the re-sale program before closing. If not interested, encourage Owner to work with Home Office in generating applicants by marketing to customer database. When a Studio closes or relocates, coordinate all necessary paperwork, process and communicate this information to relevant departments to finalize process

·   Develop and implement organized filing systems

·   Provide back-up administrative support for team members as necessary

·   Make outbound calls to Studios based on business needs


·   College degree a plus

·   3-5 years’ experience in office administration or other related fields

·   Ability to prioritize and multitask

·   Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·   Strong attention to detail

·   Strong organizational skills

·   Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
