If you are a returning customer and already have an account, please sign in using your email address and password to use your stored information and speed up the checkout process.
Step 1
Enter your Ship to Name, Shipping Address, and contact Phone Number. Select from the Shipping Options that are available for the products you wish to purchase. You may choose to include a Gift Message with your package by checking the box 'This is a Gift' and entering your message in the 'Message' field. Once you click 'Continue To Payment' our system will verify the address you have entered and may suggest a recommended address. Choose your Original or the Recommended address and click 'Continue'.
Step 2
Enter your Billing Name, Billing Address and your contact Email Address. Select your preferred Payment Method and provide the required payment information. Once you click 'Review And Place My Order' you may be prompted to Select your preferred Studio. You can select from the list of studios provided based on your Zip Code. Or, Find a different Studio by entering in a City and State, or Zip Code.
Step 3
Review your Shipping and Payment information as well as the Products in your Order. If everything looks good click 'Place My Order' to submit your order.
Step 4
After your order is placed, the Order Confirmation page will provide you with an Order Number. We recommend that you print this Order Confirmation page for your records. The Order Confirmation page will also allow you to create a MerleNorman.com account.
